What can I do if I could not make a payment because my credit card was expired or exceeded the limit?

Please follow below steps if you could not make a payment because your credit card was expired or exceeded the limit. When you set new payment information, please notify support team via support ticket.

Expired Credit Card

  • Go to our User Console, click "Billing" > "Payment method"
  • Click "New Payment Method"
  • Add a new credit card 

Once a new credit card information is filed, all the unpaid bill will be charged to your newly registered credit card.

 

Credit limit Exceeded

  • Go to our User Console, click "Billing" > "Payment method"
  • You will see a payment error highlighted in Red with a button

  • Click the error button and reenable your credit card once your credit limit issue is resolved
  •  

    Once you reenable your credit card, all the pending payment will be charged
