If your credit card has expired or was denied due to exceeding its limit, please follow the instructions below to correct your payment information:
If your credit card expired:
- Login to the User Console
- From the upper left Menu icon, select the Billing section
- Click Payment Method
- Click New Payment Method
- Fill in the fields to register your new credit card information
Please note: Once you have registered your new credit card information, any unpaid charges will be charged to your credit card.
If your credit limit was exceeded:
If your credit card payment was denied due to exceeding your credit limit, it will temporarily disabled. Once you have resolved the available credit, you may re-enable it and reprocess the payment:
- Login to the User Console
- From the upper left Menu icon, select the Billing section
- Click Payment Method
- You will see an error highlighted in red regarding the payment error
- Click the button in the error message to re-enable your credit card
Once your credit card is re-enabled, any pending payments will be charged to your credit card.
