My credit card expired or its credit limit was exceeded. What should I do?

If your credit card has expired or was denied due to exceeding its limit, please follow the instructions below to correct your payment information:

If your credit card expired:

  • Login to the User Console
  • From the upper left Menu icon, select the Billing section
  • Click Payment Method
  • Click New Payment Method
  • Fill in the fields to register your new credit card information

Please note: Once you have registered your new credit card information, any unpaid charges will be charged to your credit card.

If your credit limit was exceeded:

  • From the upper left Menu icon, select the Billing section
  • Click Payment Method
  • You will see an error highlighted in red regarding the payment error
  • Click the button in the error message to re-enable your credit card

Once your credit card is re-enabled, any pending payments will be charged to your credit card.
