My Air SIM is not communicating. What should I do?

 

If your Air SIM does not communicate as intended, first refer to the https://soracom.zendesk.com/hc/sections/204144888 and follow the troubleshooting guide.

If the issue still persists, please contact the support center with the following information. We will then confirm the status of your Air SIM at the support center.

  • Operator ID 
  • Air SIM ICCID
  • Devices manufacturer, model etc
  • How did the error occur? Is it reproducible?
  • Issue details: Error messages, Device SIM detection, Error screenshots, and as other information that you think will be useful to troubleshoot
