Cannot register SORACOM Air SIM in User Console


If you see "No such resource found" and cannot register your SIM, please read below and retry the registration process.

SIM Registration Process 

  • If you purchased the SIM from our User Console:
    • Go to "Order" screen in your user console and accept the SIM. This acceptance process will register all the SIM at once. You do not need to register them manually. 
  • If you purchased the SIM from, events or magazines:
    • Please manually register the SIM through ”Register SIM" button in our User Console.

SIM Registration Period

Please register your SIM card within 90 days after receiving or it may not activate properly on our User Console.
