I cannot register my SORACOM Air SIM in the User Console


If you see a "No such resource found" message when you try to register your Air SIM, please read below and retry the registration process.


SIM Registration Process 

  • If you purchased your Air SIM from the User Console:
    Login to the User Console and open the Order screen. Next to your order history, click the Register button. Clicking this button will register all of the SIM cards in the order to your account at once. You do not need to register them manually. 
  • If you purchased your Air SIM from Amazon.com, at an event, or other source:
    Please manually register the SIM by clicking the Register SIM button in the User Console.

SIM Registration Period

Please register your Air SIM card within 90 days after receiving it. If you try to register an Air SIM card after this period, it may not activate properly on our User Console.


If you are still experiencing trouble when registering your Air SIM card, please open a support ticket and attach a picture of the barcode located on the back of the Air SIM card.
