Yes, provided the SIM is in the “Ready” state, you can transfer it to a different operator. Note that SIMs that have entered the “Active” state cannot be transferred.
Transferring an Air SIM is performed as follows:
The following steps are taken by the operator from which the SIM is to be transferred.
- From the SIM Index on the User Console, select the SIM you wish to transfer.
- Right-click to open a menu and select “Transfer to another operator.” This will allow you to complete the transfer procedures on behalf of the source operator.
After completing these steps, the target operator must receive the SIM.
- The e-mail address on file for the target will receive an e-mail notification stating that the SIM has been transferred.
- After logging in to the User Console with the Operator ID for the target, access the URL found in the e-mail to obtain access to the SIM. This completes the SIM transfer process.
