The individual who operated our Soracom account has left the company and we no longer have access to this users' email to reset the password
In order to gain access to your Soracom User Account, you must have the email and password that is associated with that account.
If the user who owns the account for your company is no longer with the company and the email is a company email, it is best to contact your company's email administrator to request access to this email.
If the account was created with a personal email address, best practice is to contact the former employee to request the login credentials and then update the contact information within the account to reflect a company email.
Soracom Support is not able to change the credentials or email associated with a Soracom account for any reason.
